Who We Are Looking For

At Flux Medical Limited, we welcome two types of team members:

1. Core Employees (Employed Roles)
We regularly recruit for non-clinical positions including:

  • Administrative and Operational Staff

  • Service and Business Managers

  • IT Professionals (including AI and Data Specialists)

  • Digital Health and Project Delivery Roles

2. Clinical Independent Practitioners (Contracted or Session-Based Roles)
We work with a wide network of skilled healthcare professionals on a flexible, independent basis, including:

  • Doctors (Primary, Urgent Care, and Internal Medicine)

  • Advanced Nurse Practitioners and Registered Nurses

  • Physiotherapists and Allied Health Professionals
